CLEVELAND, Tenn. – After two days at the Flames Invitational, the University of North Georgia women's track & field team wrapped up their appearance at the event hosted by Lee. It was the Nighthawks' second to last race of the season as
Emily McBride and
Ella Stoudenmire continued highlighting the event for North Georgia.
In the 1500-meter run, McBride (4:42.82) and Stoudenmire (4:48.279) finished back to back in 13th and 14th place to earn top 15 finishes. McBride kept rolling in the 3000-meter steeplechase, earning a fourth-place finish in the race, clocking a time of 11:09.08.
Val Angel joined McBride in the top 15 finishing in 14th with a time of 11:44.13.
Stoudenmire flashed the speed in the 400-meter dash, grabbing an 11th-place finish after recording a time of 59.61.
